Stephanie is a California native, who spent some time in Okinawa before being transplanted to Moore County through a military PCS in 2012.
Over a few years, Stephanie and her husband went from being renters, to first time homebuyers; then they became Real Estate investors and landlords. She discovered a love for the home-buying process; from searching for the right property, to negotiating and closing the deal, to rehabbing an outdated property.
"When I worked with Stephanie and Matt with their purchases, it was readily apparent that her sense of advocacy and attention to detail was extraordinary. She was a student of specifics and had to make sure every 'to do' item was addressed. For a military family on the move, these qualities are essential. For a non-military Buyer or Seller, that type of attention and that type of caring sets Stephanie apart. She moves forward; never gives up but keeps smiling. You'll never have a more resilient advocate than Stephanie Lemke". - Bill Sahadi, Broker/Owner, Fore Properties.
As a mother of two, and a PTA member at Sandhills Farm Life School, Stephanie is plugged into many of the resources a parent of young children might need. She has searched the area for childcare and preschool; she has participated in Stroller Strides, and a mom’s meet-up group. She has registered a rising Kindergartener in the Moore County School system. She has enrolled her kids in sports and activities such as soccer, t-ball, group and private swim lessons, triathlons, and running series. There are many resources that Stephanie has personally used, and would happy to recommend to local parents.
The medical community is dear to her heart. Stephanie has been a Registered Nurse since she was 21 years old, and has practiced full time, part time, and casual part time over the years in a civilian hospital, a military hospital, and at our local surgery center.
Stephanie is a dedicated and loyal individual, who will do what it takes to meet your purchase or selling needs. Stephanie can be reached at 910-885-2421.
